Payroll is too important for a blind software switch. The programme is designed to make differences visible while your existing process remains in place.
We review employee count, currencies, pay components, deductions, current software and the reports you rely on.
Your employee structure and payroll rules are configured in Payzava using a secure migration template.
Payzava calculates the same period as your existing process. Gross pay, statutory deductions and net pay are compared.
Differences are investigated with you. Live cutover only happens after the payroll has been reviewed and accepted.

A documented payroll comparison
The pilot is successful when employee totals, statutory deductions and net pay have been reviewed, outstanding variances are understood, and your payroll operator is comfortable with the workflow.
Only then do we plan a live cutover.

Mixed USD/ZiG payrolls are reconciled per currency in the same way. Cutover is only planned once every line reconciles and any variances are explained and signed off.
